Is there a power save mode that keeps apps active?
I was wondering, is there a power saver mode that keeps applications that use the internet connection open and other apps like virus scanners and the like? does the XP built in power save mode work, or is it something like a motherboard feature. I recently bought the ASUS P5K PRO http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131275 which claims to have "EPU technology" some kind of energy saving tech, but is there a more explicit way to save energy while still having some apps run?
