Daylight Savings Time

You know when you open up the clock and look at the settings, and there is a check box that says "Automatically adjust clock for Daylight Savings..."? When you do a fresh install of XP like I did, that box is already checked.

But...

Since the government recently changed the dates at which DST goes into effect, if I just let Windows adjust my clock without downloading and installing any updates, Windows would get it wrong, would in not?

I believe that one of the Microsoft Up-dates corrects the new Daylight savings dates.
