Question What are Sites Files?

At every windows startup, my ad-watch window shows an error message that my computer's Sites Files are missing/corrupted. The Dell Inspiron 8600 has been a little funky, but still pretty stable. Can I import new sites files from somewhere?

Ditch Ad-Aware, install Spybot, update and run a scan to check for malware.
