XP Help Missing

I noticed today that XP "Help" does not respond. When I click on "Help" there is no response at all. I tried the XP installation disk but could not find any way to reinstall. It is not a critical issue but one of these days I may need some XP help so I would like to find an answer to the problem.

Hi
A couple things that you can try.

1)Make sure the service is still running. Go to Start>Run, and in the run dialog box type services.msc and hit enter. In that box, scroll down to where it says "Help and Support" and see what the status is. It should say Started in the status column and to the right, under startup type, it should say Automatic. If it doesn't say that, double click on that line and in the box that comes up change the Startup Type to Automatic and under Service Status click "Start". Then "Okay" your way back out of there and close the services popup out.

2)If the first one didn't work, you can try re-registering it by opening the Run box again and typing in
regsvr32 HHCTRL.OCX
and hitting Enter.

Thanks for suggestion. Tried both methods but still can't get the "Help" to come up.
