Boom http

i have done a scan with pc pitstop optimizer2 and it tells me i have a problem with http there can be 3 changes recomended
sync modes 5=4 max connection per _server=5
and max connection per 1_o server=5
and mut=1492
enable pmtubh detect=1
i dont no how to do this can anyone help me to do this:
