For weeks I have been trying to get someone to remove an expired (3/25/'05) Backweb Security Notice published by HP in Cupertino, Ca., from my desktop. It all started when I had, what I thought, was a simple problem with my new Photosmart All-in-One, and ended up, after 5 sessions with technical support , with this certificate on my desktop as well as all of my albums and pictures and HP Image zone being deleted from my XL!! Can anyone tell me how to do this or must I write to the company?
