Weird Spawning Taskbar Icons

Hi, new to this forum guys Sorry to have my first post as a post to ask for help Anyways as the title above states, I have been encountering this trivial yet irritating problem with the taskbar. The icons, or rather tabs you would call it, will occasionally spawn a copy of themselves on the taskbar. I'm not sure what the cause of this is, but my guess is a streaming program called PPS which my sister installed on the pc (as I only got this problem after she installed that program). So does anyone know how to get rid of this problem? Thanks a lot in advance

Try uninstalling that program.

Since you're new don't know your level of expertise so fwiw

Click on > start > control panel > add or remove programs > scroll down to PPS & click on that.

Close the program & then, if you have CCleaner, clean up the "Registry".

If pc still acts funny then check for spyware.
