Problem of Hanging in WinXP
I was downloading some music files on my WinXP Pro Computer using utorrent software and
it was going fine. But when I tried to access another computer from this WinXP Pro Computer. I found that some of the applications were not responding so when I clicked on application and than clicked on Endtask to close the application ,the computer hanged. Why does my entire computer hangs when the application doesnot respond, the application should hang. Is it also true that when the computer hangs, the CPU usage in performance of Task Manager is 100%? |

Most apps are tied to the Operating System. When an app gets unresponsive - it can very well take the OS with it.
