Why so high system Usage?
My CPU Usage hit like 45-50% from just watching Youtube and running WMP11, and moving some files from different HDs.
Is that normal? |

System specs? Open Task Manager and see what process is using the CPU.

If you weren't getting CPU usage, you would be complaining about a slow system.

Or put another way - UNused cpu or memory is wasted cpu or memory.
