Solution Centre

I seem to be having a lot of little problems now, perhaps it is time to start from scratch!

I keep getting a pop up at start up called "Solution Centre". The instructions are to insert "Solution Centre" disc which I do not have. I recently updated to Broad Band and Norton anti-virus.

Any suggestions??? (I don't know what I would do without this site)

John

Click Start->Run and type: MSCONFIG

Look in the startup tab and uncheck anything related to Dell.

I can't find the word Dell in any of the start up items.

Look in the COMMAND column for a folder reference called Dell.

Or a startup item call SupportSoft.
