Problem starting MS Outook 2003

Hi ,

I have WinXP as my OS. I have installed MS Office2003 as my office application. Recently I bought HTC P3400i and wanted to synchronise my Phone book to my Outook.
Till date I have not opened Outlook.
I tried starting the Out look, it gave message "Cannot start MS Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version. This could have been caused by installing other messageing software. Please reinstall Outlook."

I Uninstalled MS Office completely, removed all the relevant files from Regedit as weel as from the HDD. Restarted the system and completely re installed the MS office.
When I try to open Outlook, I am getting the same error.

Can any one help me?
