dobe Flash Player Prob

My Adobe Player will work in one owner account, but will not work correctly on a user account that I converted to an owner account sepcifically to fis Adobe Player.

I cannot view videos on Youtube on this recently converted account but I can on the original owner account.

Things I have tried:

Uninstalled then reinstalled Adobeflash player active x on the new owner account

Reset Axtive x controls under security as advised.

And this fix Download - Windows Flash Player 9 ActiveX control content debugger (for IE) from http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

Nothing seems to work so far!!

Any other ideas?
