e-mail links do not open in Opera
I use Thunderbird and Opera as my default programs this is in XP pro.
Links in ThunderBird no longer launch Opera or IE for that matter. I have checked to make sure Opera and ThunderBird are set to be the defaults. I had this problem once before and as I recall the fix was relatively painless but cannot find the answer this time. I have searched Google but so far nothing works. Any Ideas? |

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programmes.
Click Set Program Access and Defaults and choose your settings and OK your way out. mickzer. |

Bingo!! Thanks Mickzer I have been searching for an answer to this for days now!!
Most of the fixes suggested editing the rigistry, reloading windows etc. Most either did not work or were to convoluted for me to try, thanks again. |

Why don't use use Opera's built in M2 e-mail client??

Actually I do use Opera's e-mail client but there are certain advantages to using off line e-mail clients as well.

HTML for starters.
I can live without that. It's just very conveinant to have two related programs in one. |
