XP pro "help index" error message

I've just noticed, as I don't use it very often, that when I try to open the "help index" by clicking on the "index" icon found in the top border of the "help and support" page, I get the following error message:

cannot locate "C:\\WINDOWS\\PCHealth\\Indices\\merged.hhk"

OS is Win XP pro with Ser Pack III installed.

I've tried looking on the MS site for anything and had no luck.

Did google searches as well and came up with zip.

As it has been a while since I've used this function, I have no time frame for it's point in time for the loading.

Using Sys Restore function in XP and using a restore point I had made for/before the last program I installed, made no changes as well.
