How does a person get the Privacy dialog box back?

You know that dialog box that says "Privacy" at the top that you see when you go to some web sites? And it says:

"The privacy icon appears in the status bar each time a cookie is restricted based on your privacy settings..."

Then below that is the check box that when checked will not show that message again.

I was wondering if someone accidentally went ahead and clicked the OK button while that check box was checked, but that was not what you wanted, in other words you want to see that Privacy dialog box, is there a way to get it back?

I figure there must be but I don't know how.
