building a file server
Hello
Iv been doing house calls for about 2 years now , Things like data recovery , spyware removal , upgrades . Iv built about 8 PCs in my life and now realize I may need a server. I think I need a file server. I just need to access my files and possibly download whatever is on my main system at home , wherever I’m at . Need a little guidance as to what would be the easiest way of doing this. Thanks |

Subscribe to the logmein.com service at $70 a year and install it on your main system. Their free service allows for remote desktop but does not have file transfer capability.
