Can't print from IE or outlook..Help

Hi all,

Somehow, where I work some users can't print from IE or outlook 2003 at all. When print, nothing is happening. Any advice would great appreciated.

In IE, if you click on File->Print - is the correct printer selected?

Do they have a default printer?

Is it correct?

Have they ever been able to?

How is the printer connected? Have you checked connections?

It's a network printer. The user print out word, excel. etc.. are fine but not from IE or Outlook

That would be the next question.

Need to make sure the programs recognize the correct printer.

It doesn't do anything when I click on File->Print..
