HP DC7800 can't get IP from DHCP

Please help,

I have a few dc7800 that unable to connect to our network at work. I tested the NIC (127.0.0.1) it replied fine. I uninstalled/reinstalled the driver but still not working. I was able to resolved 3 of them via system restore. I'm so lost, please help me to resolve this issue. System are running windows XP SP3
