Windows 2003 Firewall for MS activation or process?

Hi we're running Microsoft CRM 4.0 on Windows server 2004 but the problem is that every so often it tells us to Register for support which we have not paid for (we paid for CRM 4.0 License only MINUS support). Anyone who has implemented 4.0 will know what I am talking about.

The problem is, the registration Window comes up and tells us we will be locked out in 28 days, we get worried call Microsoft, they give us a code, we put that in, then when we reboot we get the same problem again. We can't get official support because we didn't purchase it, but bugs us for support. We have gone through this process 4 times now in the space of 3 weeks and I am concerned I will go away it will do that then we will be locked out, get no work done, and I'll be in trouble. So is there a Firewall that I can use to check and block this pestering support registration that keeps popping up? I've tried Trial versions of Zonealarm but that crapped out Server 2004 and I didn't enjoy fixing it again.
