Run a DLL as an APP ???

Just build my computer. Asus P5Q deluxe (775 P45), Intel C 2 Quad, 2 GB DDR2, NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS, 500 GB Seagate 7200.11 with Windows XP SP3. Runs Ok but keeps freezing up with message that says in a box labeled "Data Execution Prevention" To help protect your computer windows has closed this program. Run a DLL as an APP. I was just setting up my sound system this last time. So it's not like i'm on the net or anything , and I already have my AVG (Full Version) which has always blocked everything from getting to my computer. So what does this mean???

Control panel, system, advanced. Performance settings, data execution prevention. Check the top box for essential Windows services only.

Administrative note - please use standard size fonts. I edited yours. Thank you.

I checked and it is already set to that. Now that I realize what it is doing---it is freezing up every time i install a program or hardware i.e sound card, printer, drivers for keyboard... None of these items are over 3 years old and worked with xp sp2 ..???
