Tired Computer

I am running XP and it has been gradually slowing down and now is at a crawl. Is there a good program available to clear out the gunk causing the problem?

If you give the great people here the specs on your computer they can help you. Lots of things can cause this. Do you clean out junk files regularly? Do you de-frag regularly? Is your hard drive getting full? Enough ram? As you see,the list goes on & on.
