Hi everyone,
I am having an issue when I remotely connect to my desktop at a different location (runs XP Pro Media Center). I can logon remotely and do everything that i want. But when i get back to the desktop that I had remotely logged on to, all of my desktop icons are moved out of the order that I had them initially. Is there a way to allow remote desktop connection connect to the terminal service but to simply leave the order of my icons in the position I like to have them when I am using the client computer and am forced to move them back to their original location? Thank you in advance!

I have seen some free "remember my icon arrangment" type of software you can proabaly find with google.
I connect to many different pc's all day long with RDC and have never experienced the same issue you have.

Could it be a difference in screen resolutions?
