upgrading PC reinstall os first?
alright i just bought a new motherboard, cpu, ram and video card. im swaping all the old out with the new . but keeping my hard drive. Should i reinstall windows XP first ? or should i replace the old hardware with the new stuff first then reinstall it?

You can perform a Repair Installation with XP if you want to avoid losing all of your data. This will allow XP to see all of your new hardware and bootup properly.
However, it is always best to install Windows fresh when you have a new machine. Put everything together and then format and install Windows when the machine is running.

Yes...Cause you're familar with the term DRIVERS. No sense installing XP with the old hardware
