Task manager disabled

Hi;

I have an issue with a Dell Inspiron 1500 with XP Home SP3.

When I hit ctrl+alt+del, an error message pops up saying "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator". I don't know how or when it got disabled, or how to enable it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
