Windows Time
I noticed several computers on the network that have the wrong time. It is almost always slow by 10 minutes. Even if I correct the time, it will change back to being 10 minutes slow again every time. On the computers that I see this issue I have went into Services and looked and I can see Windows Time is started, and set to automatic. Where does this service get the information to synchronize the time?
I could disable this service, but I'm affraid that other applications or service's will stop working. I see the discription for this service, 'maintains date and time synchronization on all clients and servers in the network', but again, where does this service get it's information from? |

There a few places it will try to connect to so that it can synch the times. You might just want to try changing the location.
Change date and time settings > Internet time > Change settings.

If you are on a network that has a domain server, it's getting its time from the server. Fix the clock on the server.
