Force "New Device Wizard" to pop up

Is there a way in Regedit to enable “New Device Wizard” to pop up automatically if drivers are not installed in the device manager? The reason I ask is I’m using Symantec Ghost v2.01 to build a universal image and deploy it to different platforms. After using AIbuilder and File Transfers to get all the drivers on the computer, the computer does not want to look for them. In device manager if I right click “install driver” on the unknown device windows will find the drivers no problem. But I want the PC to prompt the user for the “New Device Wizard” so they just have to click “Next” a few time and not have to go to device manage to do it.

In theory, you could go into Device Manager and UNinstall all drivers then make you image.
