Path
What's the best way to look at the path for installed programs. When I loaded up a game software, the path was shown with options to change it. After it was loaded however, the path was not indicated in the Windows Explorer, that is, for example: It should have read C:\Program Files\Phantom EFX\ReelDealLive. However I only saw C:\Program Files and it ended there. I did not see PhantomEFX and therefore did not see the ReeDealLive file. In the "regedit" it only showed C:\Program Files and that's it. Any ideas why this is happening?

Did the program simply install in Program Files? Possibly the .exe file (which I believe the path indicates) installed in Program Files, while the data folder is elsewhere?

What I do is right click on the short cut, click on Properties, and look at "Target" and "Start in."

In your folder options, set them to show hidden and system files, and show protected system files - and I also recommend you unhide extensions for known file types. I'm old school - I want to see EVERY file on my computer, along with its extension. Windows has become too icon-centric.
