Smile windows 20003

Hello guys
I am trying to remove windows 2003 so that I can install XP but dont know how to go about it. I tried to re-format but nothing seems to work.
please need your help

What happens when you boot off your XP cd?

What happens when you boot off your XP cd and delete/recreate the partition?

The situation is that I am currently running windows2003 on my pc and trying to get rid-off that by intalling windows xp but not letting me dont know why.

it is not working...I think when you have a new version( wind 2003)on your system and trying to replace it with new xp which is less advanced will not replace it...I need now to wipe evrything on my hardrive using dban the install windows xp.

you are not coming up with suggestions but asking lot of questions...not working, not respdong, not doing what it supposed to do.
Not trying to be rude but help me if you really can , if not it ok but asking questions and not coming up with atleast one suggestion specially when I have tried to explain the problem...

That is a pretty strong suggestion on what to try to do!

If it will not let you do that, if you can't give us exact details on what happens, you might as well DBAN the drive, we aren't going to fight you any more. We can't see your screens through the Internet.

Boot off your XP cd

When prompted - DELETE the partition and then recreate the partition and then format.

Everything that was on the partition will be gone....and the XP installation will begin.
