How do I get rid of the OS Choices Menu

Did a fresh reinstall of WinXP Pro SP3, but when the computer boots up it shows the black OS Choices Menu with two lines of WinXP Pro and a 25 second countdown. Anyone know how to get rid of this? Thanks.

Control Panel->System icon->Advanced tab->Start up and Recovery button

Edit the Biit.ini file or the easy safe way is to change the countdown to 1 second.
