Terminal Services Licensing

I have a Windows 2003 server with Terminal Services enable. I have legit CALs and an a License server with those CALs. The problem is that all of the users have licenses issued through the temporary license server and I don't know how to get the off of the temp server and using the real server. There are 25 CALs available and 16 temporary ones are being used but several are expired and will continue to expire. Is there a way to remove the temp license server so that the other users will use the real server?
