HELP! "An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist" Message

Hello,
I'm running XP with SP3. Here's the pop-up message I get when I open IE8.
"An attempt was made to reference a token that does not exist". Whenever I try to close the active IE window, another one pops up. Anti-Virus doesn't seem to detect any problems.
I'm going to try system restore first....
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

IE8 is in beta, so they're no telling what problems may potenially crop up.

Does this message pop up on a specific site or sites?

Yes. Uninstall IE8.

The pop-up occured whenever I tried to leave my default page (Yahoo)

Since then, IE8 is gone
Removed entire IE file from XP and reinstalled IE6 then online upgraded to IE7
So far, so good
Thanks!
