i am downloading OEM XP-sp3 to new HD, need info
i already have 2 HD's with Vista64, i need an XP to run things V64 wont.. so i got a new HD and disabled the other 2 in BIOS. i plan to access the new XP thru the BIOS.
new HD from Newegg, do i need to Format it, or will that be a function later in the install i am to the point where the program is asking if i want to make a Partition, there are 4 options, i chose the one already highlighted.. but the nest page says the partition cant be ..accessed/ by XP.. am i doing something wrong. i did this with an earlier version of xp,... no problems.. very straight forward
