AUTOPLAY does not work
Any Takers Please !!! XP Home/ Media Player 11 have used for over a yr No Problems with the AutoPlay settings..Now all of a sudden auto play does not function/ yet all my settings seem to be the same ( drop down box is highlighted as to the " proper action taken " ); all others settings look to be right...
Discs go in/ opens the media program screen / tracks are listed, but do not play until i hit the " PLAY " arrow.. All setting are set to autoplay, and nothing has changed.. uninstalled and re-installed WMP 11 NOTHING.. Ended up Rollingback to WMP 10 All ok... Tried to upgrade to WMP 11 and its a No Go.Any Help with this one ????
Also... added a temporary new administrator account and the autoplay function worked perfectly and openned the program and played the tracks. I later deleted the new account and went back to my original account and NADA!!!!!!
