Hibernation problem
Hello. I use hibernation. It has worked flawlessly for months. But over the last couple of days, it won't restore itself from hibernation. I keep having to delete the restoration data and start anew. I use hibernation not to save the state of my computer necessarily, but to save money on my power bill, as well as quicker startups. Is there something I can check, fix or whatever to get this working again?
I'm sure you already know, but the error message is as follows: 'The last attempt to restore the system from its previous location failed' Thanks. |

Not sure, but how much free hard drive space do you have?
Have you ran memory and hard drive diagnostics?

That might be a problem. Not sure. You could test that theory and free up some more space.
Also, run diagnostics. |

That's not enough free space on a system drive. Any more than 75% full is inviting problems. When you get enough free space freed up, run chkdsk /r and defrag it.
