A good Backup Program??

I do a monthly backup of MOST of my documents file using the in house backup utility with XPpro. I do a full backup and replace the old with the new. Problem, of course, is the time required and the almost complete use of my computer's processing power. I used to use Retrospect, but upon trying to recover some files, I found that there were dozens of backups with no easy way to find the file I was looking for. I'm looking to find a backup pgrm that would only backup those files changed (to keep time required to a min) and add them to the exisitig backedup files but one that would allow for easy retrieval if needed. Anything like that for XP? Thanks. Have a Good Year Everyone!!

Search the site for BACKUP and see the 1700 other threads on the subject. And or search the site for SyncBack.
