Can't play a disc
I've got a couple of enhanced CD's. I think you can put the disc in your CD/DVD player and not only listen but watch some video with it. Problem is when I put the disc in my DVD player it says:
Director Player 6.0 This program needs at least 3MB of free virtual memory to run. Well I don't get it. My swap file is 4000MB. My computer is totally idle. Any clues as to how I can get this to run? I don't want to watch any videos. I just want to listen to the disc. |

After the disc in the drive, can you manually open it with wmp or another media player?

Okay I can manually play the disc in Windows Media Player. What I want to do is rip two songs from it and use Nero Wave Editor to increase the volume a bit on the songs.
But I got a problem. After ripping the files turn out to be WMA...Windows Media Audio. It doesn't look like Nero recognizes those types of files. Last edited by 357mag; 01-02-2009 at 06:54 PM. |

Are you using wmp to rip?
If so, right click on rip, and choose mp3. |

Try CDex. It can rip directly to .wav.
