Angry hibernation

I try to put into hibernation. After it states going into hibernation,computer shuts off for 30 seconds then comes back on. What do I need to do to have it stay in hibernation until I wish to use again?

What version of Windows are you running, how much free space do you have on your hdd?

Did you disable wake on lan, keyboard, mouse in bios?
