balloons
how do I remove the balloons and tooltips?
and is there a website or page here at pcmech that has tweaks for xp? thanks...and sorry for these rather minor questions.... also, how do I stop the error reporting in internet explorer? |

Use TweakUI to disable the balloon notifications + a lot of other tweaks. I cannot answer the second question, other than maybe take a look at the Tips and Tricks forum section.
