Folders and backup

I have a folder that I work out of for my on line school on my desktop. As you can guess I need this to be backed up in case I need to access it from another computer on my network. I have a NAS drive that I back up to and is open to my network, now the question.

How can I configure the desktop main folder to backup and saved documents to the same folder on the NAS drive without having to copy/paste all the time? I realize that I can work from the NAS but the desktop is faster to access and is on my main system.

I use this: http://www.2brightsparks.com/syncback/

It will automatically copy folders you shoose to whatever location you choose. You can setup a schedule and have it syncronize the folders.
