program no cd in admin vs. cd as user
I can't figure out when running a program as admin I don't need a cd, but when as a user it asks for the original cd be put in the cdr drive. I downloaded the program as an administrator to the hard drive so why can't I access it at both from the hard drive?

Some software is user-centric and it needs to be installed in all profiles.
