Unique Outlook Express problem

Here's a problem I have not run into before. Hopefully someone can solve this.

He can not send an email to his sister.

He can reply to an email from his sister and he can receive from her.

Others can send to the sisters address with no problems and receive from her.

Others can send to sister using the same ISP as him.

He is using Outlook Express V6.00

Shaw is totally lost on this(shaw is the ISP).

Can anyone figure this out?

You left out an important part-> What happens when he tries to send?

Does he get any error message that can be Googled?
Does the mail bounce back - if so what does it say?

Sorry. Yes it gets bounced back. It mentions something about possible spam. I haven't seen the exact message but the ISP has and they can't help.

Sorry for leaving out the important stuff.

Need to get him to forward the bound back mail to you...

Sounds like the ISP has blacklisted his address. In theory, they should be able to check that...Many ISP also have a sectionon their web site where you can request an address get UN-blacklisted.

Thanx for the help. The problem has been resolved. I'm not sure of the details but it was blocked at her end and is now open.
Thanx again!!!
