Question Windows xp 64bit STOP: c0000135

Hello,
Here in the past few months i have been getting this blue screen when i start up my computer. From what i see it is totaly random. But also knowing that everything is not random and happens for a reason. But I get this blue screen saysing
Code:
STOP: c0000135 {unable to locate component}
This application as failed to start because winsrv was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem
After reading all over the place i thought i found the problem and fixed it. I read somewhere that it was a windows server 2003 error some thing about being to many network adapters was causing a error. It just happen to be when i was using a program called "Hamachi". This is to make a LAN over the internet. I have tried to download hot fixes but only to find more problems with them saying they are not supported on this platform. (witch came from windows download section under xp64bit/windows s 2003) I have also called Microsoft about this; what do they tell me is to update to SP3. They must get paid more just saying that; because there is no SP3 for windows xp pro 64bit. (If i am wrong please say so) Does anyone know what this is? the only way i know of fixing this problem is by putting in my windows xp cd and repairing all the files of the installed windows.

Thanks,

Astokes

You probably have the "T.V. Media" adware on the computer. Run some scanners.
