Dr Watson problem even after reformat

I've tried doing a virus scan. When it didn't work. We backed up all the important data on the hard drive and reformatted the drive. No problems during the installation of Windows XP, but once the it finished booting, I got that Dr Watson problem again. My suspect is a hardware problem.

Can anyone give me some tips on this one?
