What is this code telling me?

XP Pro

My computer boots up Ok but after about 3 hours the BSOD appears and says “computer is being shut down to prevent damage.” Computer will restart, no problem, but again after a period of time shuts down with same message. An attempt to Google couldn’t bring up the same code to find out what is wrong. I use Registry Mechanic, Diskeeper, CCleaner, Revo Uninstaller, so computer HD’s are kept clean, all updates as required.
Does someone know what the problem might be?

I built this computer about 4 years ago. It has a "voice" if the CPU is overheating, there are no beeps when it shuts down.

On start up this appears;

"The system has recovered from a serious error."

I belive that would be from a software conflic or a bad install of the OS

one place to look for the possible fault would be in the system log, that will give you a better idea of what is causing the problem

Control panel, system, advanced, startup and recovery - uncheck "automatically restart". Next time the bluescreen should stay there, what you need is the specific stop error.
