Windows 2000 server install problem
Hello
I've been trying to install Windows 2000 server to an old IDe disc . The format process goes smoothly , the computer reboots but the i get the message "could not open the boot partition to check for signature" and then instead of installing windows , the process starts from scratch Amy help would be appreciated |

Zero fill the disk, then run manufacturer's diagnostics on it. Make sure you don't have a bios antivirus running on the motherboard.

If you don't have a floppy drive, download the CD .iso version and burn it. You will need burning software that's capable of burning images, you don't just copy the .iso to a CD.
