File ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. The error code is 7. Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit. Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong, and possibly put me on the right track so I can get my drive running. Thank you Regards nannaduby |

Is the cd an original or a copy of an original??
A couple specs of dust on the cd and or cd drive can cause issues like this.

If the copy wasn't made correctly try the original cd.....Has the copy worked before?
Can use compressed air cans to blow the dust out of the drive. |
