Yup always have. The problem seems to lie with IE. Not only am I having a issue trying to access hotmail, windows update, or even Microsoft.com (all blank pages) it started to happen to all sites. So what I tried to do was uninstall IE7, which I did and some sites including hotmail worked. But others still remained blank pages. I tried to reinstall IE7, but failed ms validation test?? Why I'm typing on a Dell, as I wait for my motherboard for my main system to return.. So I ran all the usual spy ware, and virus scans and all came back normal. After playing around with it for a few hrs, I just did a complete wipe and reinstall of windows, now everything is back to normal..

Yes it is, but sometimes it gets frustrating, when you spend hrs on end trying to figure out a good solution. Then when you wasted all that time, you end up doing what you figured you would have to do in the first place..
