Screen Sleep Problem

Hello Everyone

Recently i have been having this weird problem.
My power settings are as follows. screensaver after 2 min and screen off after 10 min.
No other settings!
When i wake up in the morning i try to move the mouse to access my pc and all i get is a black screen and the monitor light is blinking.
I remote connect in with my phone and the computer is up and running after i log out (from the phone) most times i get to the login screen, sometimes only a restart will do it sometimes two.
If anyone has some pointers i would appreciate it beacause this has me baffled.

Thanking you in advance.

Jay

Check the power management settings in the bios. Make sure it's not overheating.

Hello Glc Thanks for your response

I tried a few things, i noticed that if i disconnect the screen from the Video card and replug it in it works.

SO i checked the plug it seems fine i checked the card it seems properly seated too.
no overheating as well.

Since its very annoying, i disabled the "Turn screen off after 5 Min setting " in power settings i just left the screensaver.

no problems since..
