HD full or ??
XP home...I was trying to install something on my ML's computer and it said there was not enough room on the hd. So I went and looked at the properties of the c drive and it said something like 67gb cap and 319mb free. There is no way she has 66 gigs of stuff on that box. So, I went exploring and adding up the usage of all of her folders it adds up to something like 5 or 6 gigs not 66. I deleted temps, recycle bin etc, but it didn't help much and I don't see much else to delete...no music, movies etc. She don't have internet access there, did for a while, but not now.
What could it be? Thanks!! DD

Try disk clean up as well. delete all the stuff in there. You might have some space taken up from old compressed files, then defrag.. I would also go to the windows folder, prefetch, and delete those as well.

You need to enable display of system and hidden files/folders. There is probably a ton of temp files hidden.
