Thumbs down can't run Windows 2000 scheduled

i want to run this command
via windows 2000 scheduled C:\WINNT\system32\rundll32.exe dfshim.dll,ShOpenVerbApplication http://www.google.co.uk

why can't I run this ? any ideas


I have gave you a example as the real address i can't give due to security reason , what that address does is , it runs a program that extract info from a database.


the url address works fine. in IE 6


please help
